We are back from the PCA trade show. Which also means our pipe stock has been depleted, but we are now working to rebuild the stock and also trying to tackle some specific requests that we have received through our new feature that allows you to be notified when the pipe you are looking to buy comes back in stock. For now, as we are still testing this out, it's going to be a little bit more of a manual mode version and we'll probably be reaching out more directly to you as we complete pipes that match the requested description.
It has been a handy tool to be able to see what customers are looking for though. Some of our more limited production versions or lines of pipes aren't currently included in this feature. Some finishes might not show up as an option either since briar is tricky and we can't just make every finish we want to. A video about the reasons for that might be coming soon, as it could be a helpful informational tool for people to understand our process.
