One of the things we have long wanted to have on our site is a place where customers can come to read stories, learn more about our process, and stay in touch with upcoming news and events that relate this pipe hobby that we all love and enjoy. We have recently started sending out some emails on occasion that are more than just information about a sale or promotion. These emails have been more content driven, and we have received a lot of positive feedback asking for more.
We are a small group of people that make up BriarWorks. We don't have staff writers or a media team, but I think we have something special and unique. We are a pipe factory in the USA, made up of artisan carvers. We do things differently. One thing that stands out is the way that someone can own one of our pipes and have direct communication with the people that made it. It's something that is more common with artisan carvers, but not typical from a factory. It's one of the things that keeps us on our toes, and ensures that we are always creating the best products we possibly can. You can even come visit our factory and lounge, and pick out the pipe you want in person.
Our goal with the blog is to create more of that same connection through words, photos, and videos on our website. It's an outlet for us to share more about the history of this hobby, our process, the things we like, who we are as a company, who we are as individuals, and much more.
We hope that you will follow along with us. Feel free to send us feedback or even make requests for things you would like to hear from us.
