Shipping and Returns


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If you don't see a shipping method available at checkout, please contact us with your shipping address and the products you're interested in. We will reply to your inquiry with your available shipping options. 


You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Customer satisfaction is important to us, so if you are not satisfied with a BriarWorks or Moonshine Pipe Co. product and have exceeded the 30 day return window or the item has been used, please contact us and we'll work toward a resolution. We do reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of used items or damage caused by neglectful use of our products. Any returns outside of the 30 day window or based on damage, defects, etc will be determined on a case by case basis.
